Sports Massage
Sports Massage can help athletes from beginner to elite competitors, but can also be beneficial for non-athletes to help keep you pain free.
Rossiter
Is a deep tissue stretching that is focused on connective tissue. It involves the therapist as the “coach” and client as the “Person in Charge.”
Massage Cupping
Can be utilized within your massage or by itself. Benefits of massage cupping is to loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, help with inflammation, break up scar tissue, and release restrictions in the fascia

Bio
I graduated from Stautzenberger College in Toledo, OH and licensed by the Ohio State Medical Board since 2007. I believe that every massage session should be custom to the client and the clients goals. The focus of my massage is Deep Tissue and Sports Massage; I am also a Certified Rossiter Coach, and Certified RPR Coach, every modality that I utilize within the session is based upon flexibility and increased range of motion. I believe that most injuries and aches and pains occur because the connective tissue is tight and restricts range of motion and flexibility of the muscle and joints. I am extremely passionate about the importance of Massage Therapy and Recovery and will work with my clients to put together the best individualized plan for every client that I work with, and will do all I can to keep my clients doing what they love to do, as I truly love this profession and its importance in my clients lives.
